• Easy to use
  An intuitive interface and large, backlit keyboard provides direct access to key features and information like position, speed, course plotting, event waypoint and man over board function, providing added enjoyment and safety to your adventure.

• Full Featured Navigation
  Three customizable graphic navigation displays show a 3D road, compass, radar, and text readouts of COG, SOG, bearing and distance, XTE, ETA, and more. Choose from 14 built-in coordinate systems and 115 datums including Latitude/Longitude, Universal Transverse Mercator, and Military Grid Reference System.

• Store routes and waypoints
  Store up to 500 independent waypoints, 20 reversible routes of 20 waypoints, 250 track points and 250 chart points, to easily record your journeys and find your way back. Memory stores information for up to 100 years. A database of main port entry lights and lighthouses in the English Channel, Atlantic and the Mediterranean is included in the waypoints memory. With the addition of the Magellan® DataSendTM CD Rom, you will calculate routes on a European scale, including more than 200 000 points of interests.

• Automatic man-overboard marking
  The MARK/MOB key offers the additional safety of direct priority access to the man-overboard function and is also used to mark event waypoints. Compatible with the NKE wireless safety system, FX112, detects the presence of safety transmitters attached to crew members and activates the unique man overboard function when a signal is lost, automatically marking the position.

• Master/Slave modes
  In slave mode, FX112 follows waypoints sent by the GPS of the chart table via NMEA like a repeater.

• Accurate
  12 parallel channels simultaneously track up to 12 GPS satellites. With fast, 4-second re-acquisition, FX112, is accurate to within 4 m RMS (without SA).

• Satellite status
  Monitor the GPS satellites in view and get information about their status.
